Current scope
This solution scaffolds Metronome resources and optional Metronome contract billing provider linkage to Stripe. It does not yet include dedicated Stripe-side handoff scaffolding for Stripe webhook replacements, Stripe invoice/payment validation, Stripe portal replacement, or Stripe API fixtures.
