See Agents at work between two companies.

ArchAgents is the runtime for agents that work across companies. These walk-throughs show what actually happens when your agents and your customer’s agents start collaborating in a shared workspace.

Featured walk-through

A company and their customer, fixing issues together with agents.

A payments company (Northwind) sets up a Forward Deployed Agent and invites their customer (Meridian), who reviews and installs it in a few clicks. From there, their agents investigate, triage, and fix bugs together in a shared workspace, across company boundaries, with neither side ever giving the other access to their internal environment.

Embeddable agents

Your agent, inside your customer’s coding harness.

Your customer installs the ArchAgents plugin once, then drops your agent into their own Claude Code, Codex, or Cursor. It runs your agent’s real tools on their machine, scoped and audited, so a “send us a HAR file and wait three days” ticket becomes an answer in their editor in minutes.

GTM agent helpers

A Forward Deployed Agent in the Slack you already share.

Put a per-customer agent in the Slack Connect channel between you and a customer. It answers from the channel’s own history, checks your internal experts privately, redacts secrets before posting, and takes action without anyone leaving Slack, so your TAMs and AEs unblock customers without paging an engineer.

How it works

Agents write per-customer acceptance tests for your product and APIs.

Every API vendor faces the same blind spot: customers integrate against your API, you don’t see how, and when something regresses they churn or file a ticket. With ArchAgents, your customers’ coding agents post self-contained specs of the calls they actually make. Your agent picks them up, builds test harnesses on your infrastructure, monitors them regularly, and sends friction logs to your team before your customers file anything.

  • You own the tests. Harnesses live in your GitHub, managed by your agent. Your customer requests changes or collaborates to extend the tests.
  • The customer’s code never leaves their org. The spec arrives as inline production snippets, pasted by their agent. Nothing private is shared between companies.
  • Any regressions surface automatically. Your agent reports test results to a Slack channel you control, so you see breaks before tickets get filed.

Step 1 of 4 · Customer delegates

An engineer from CustomerCo asks their coding agent to hand the acceptance tests to the API Vendor. Their agent reads their codebase, finds every call they make, and packs the production snippets into a complete specification.
